What the enquiry form collects

We collect the name, work email, company, project details, budget range, and timing you provide. You can also tell us your role, the platforms involved, and how you found us. Please do not include passwords, customer records, payment details, or other confidential material.

When you submit a form, it can include the page path and campaign labels in that page’s address, such as the source or campaign name. These labels help us understand which activity led to an enquiry. We do not add these labels to cookies or browser storage. This form records the current page’s labels, so it does not track your journey across pages or websites.

How we use it

We use your details to respond, understand the project, assess whether we can help, and discuss a possible engagement. We use campaign information to evaluate enquiries and improve our marketing. Responding to a project request can involve steps you ask us to take before entering a contract; managing other business enquiries and understanding their source supports our legitimate business interests.

Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. A workflow assessment request is an enquiry, not a confirmed meeting or a commitment to purchase.

Service providers and access

Netlify hosts this website and processes its contact forms. Enquiries are available in our form dashboard and may be delivered to our business email account. Hosting, email, and security providers can process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to operate and protect their services. These services may process information in countries other than your own.

We use enquiry details to manage the business relationship and share them with service providers needed for that purpose. We do not sell enquiry information. Relevant service-provider information is available in Netlify’s privacy notice.

Retention and your choices

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to handle the discussion, follow up on an active opportunity, or meet applicable record-keeping requirements. If a project proceeds, its agreement and operational requirements may require keeping related records for longer.

You can ask us to stop following up, correct your details, or review a request to access or delete your information. Depending on the law that applies, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing, or receive a portable copy. Email us using the address above; we may need to verify the request. You can raise concerns with your local data protection authority, including the UK Information Commissioner’s Office where applicable.

Analytics and external links

This version of the marketing website does not load advertising pixels or analytics scripts. Links to Instagram, demo applications, and other websites take you to separate services with their own behaviour and privacy information. If we introduce advertising or analytics tools, we will update this notice and provide any required choices before those tools run.
