Data mapping & ownership
Identify the source of truth for each field, match record identifiers, and define what happens when a value is missing, duplicated, or changed in two places.
For businesses connecting systems & teams
Connect the applications your business depends on. We work through the data, rules, and exceptions behind each handoff to scope integrations across desktop, mobile, and web software.
For custom implementation budgets of US$10,000+
01 / The starting point
Integration starts with a specific business event: a new customer, an approved order, a completed task, or a payment record. The useful question is what should happen in the next system.
Your team copies the same customer, order, or payment details between applications.
Two systems disagree, and it is unclear which record is authoritative.
A failed transfer leaves a task unfinished without a clear owner or recovery path.
02 / A scope built around your business
A dependable integration needs an agreed contract between the systems and the people using them. We use discovery to establish that contract and the practical limits of the available interfaces.
Identify the source of truth for each field, match record identifiers, and define what happens when a value is missing, duplicated, or changed in two places.
Choose supported APIs, webhooks, or file exchanges according to what each application allows. Agree update frequency, authentication, and any vendor or licensing dependencies.
Define the checks before data is accepted, the information needed to investigate a failure, and the steps to retry or resolve it without duplicating business actions.
Connect Windows, iOS, and web experiences to a shared workflow where appropriate. Scope access permissions and the responsibilities of each application explicitly.

Our selected work includes a payment reconciliation application spanning native Apple and Windows platforms. The interactive concept on our homepage illustrates matching sample records across that workflow.

03 / From conversation to a clear scope
Start with a 20-minute workflow assessment. If the project is a fit, we can scope a paid discovery engagement to define the requirements, dependencies, and implementation proposal.
Document the trigger, the expected result, the teams involved, and the cost of a missed or incorrect update. Define what a successful handoff looks like.
Review system documentation and sample structures, then confirm supported access and vendor constraints. Decide how records are identified and who owns each field.
Scope the working path, validation, failure handling, testing, deployment, and handover. Agree acceptance criteria and any ongoing maintenance responsibilities.
Before we talk
Scope, budget, and the practical details of getting started.
We assess systems individually based on their supported APIs, exports, permissions, and documentation. Our application capabilities include C#, WPF, WinUI, Swift, React, Vue, Next.js, Python, and Java. A specific third-party integration is confirmed only after a feasibility review.
Sometimes a supported file import or export provides a workable route. We need to review the application and its vendor constraints before recommending an approach. We do not assume that an unsupported system can be integrated safely or reliably.
That depends on the available interfaces, rate limits, operational requirements, and budget. We agree whether event-driven updates, scheduled transfers, or a manual review step is appropriate for each handoff.
Discovery establishes the data needed, access permissions, test-data approach, and requirements for storage, retention, and logging. Use redacted examples for the initial assessment. Any contractual security or regulatory requirements must be reviewed as part of the scope.
We focus on custom implementation budgets of US$10,000 and above. Pricing is scoped after discovery. Third-party fees, hosting, system changes, and ongoing maintenance need to be considered separately and agreed in the proposal.
Bring the names of the systems, the handoff you want to improve, available API documentation, and an example of the desired outcome. Do not send credentials or confidential production data through the enquiry form.
THE NEXT CHAPTER
Tell us where work gets stuck and what your team needs to connect. Request a 20-minute workflow assessment to explore fit and next steps. Custom implementation projects start from US$10,000; scope and pricing are agreed after discovery.
