For distributors, wholesalers & dealer networks

Custom dealer portals.
Built around your trade.

Give dealers a clear way to order and your team a shared view of what happens next. We design custom business software around your pricing rules, operational workflows, and existing systems.

For custom implementation budgets of US$10,000+

01 / The starting point

When every order needs another email.

A portal becomes useful when the complexity sits between the order and its fulfilment. Start with the handoffs your team repeats every day.

  • Dealers send orders by email or spreadsheet, and someone re-enters the same details.

  • Different customers have different prices, product access, or approval rules.

  • Sales and operations answer repeated questions about order and dispatch status.

02 / A scope built around your business

The details that make it your portal.

We agree the first useful release around a real ordering journey. These are the areas we can explore together; the final specification depends on your systems and requirements.

Dealer ordering

Shape product search, quantity entry, repeat ordering, and validation around how your customers buy. Define what happens when a product or price is unavailable.

Account-specific rules

Map who can view products, see prices, submit orders, and approve changes. Establish how negotiated pricing and credit-related checks are supplied by your existing systems.

Operational visibility

Agree the statuses that matter, who owns each update, and what a dealer should see. Make exceptions and next actions understandable to your internal team.

Connections to existing software

Review the APIs, exports, and data ownership in your inventory, accounting, or order-management systems before committing to an integration. Plan failure handling alongside the successful path.

Explore the TradeLine concept

Try the ordering experience.

TradeLine is an interactive electrical dealer workspace demonstrating bulk orders, partner pricing, and a simulated credit and dispatch flow. Explore the interactions, then use them to discuss the workflow your own business needs.

Explore the TradeLine demo

Independent demonstration with synthetic sample data and simulated transactions. It is not a client deployment or a ready-to-connect production system.

03 / From conversation to a clear scope

Understand the work.
Then build the software.

Start with a 20-minute workflow assessment. If the project is a fit, we can scope a paid discovery engagement to define the requirements, dependencies, and implementation proposal.

  1. Map an actual order

Walk through an order from request to dispatch, including pricing exceptions, approval steps, and the people involved. Bring sample documents with sensitive information removed.

  2. Check the connections

Review available system documentation, data access, and ownership with the relevant system providers. Identify integration dependencies before estimating the build.

  3. Agree a focused first release

Define the dealer journey, internal controls, acceptance criteria, and a phased delivery plan. We provide a scoped proposal before implementation begins.

Before we talk

A few useful
answers.

Scope, budget, and the practical details of getting started.

Who is this service for?

Distributors, wholesalers, and manufacturers with dealer networks that need an ordering workflow shaped around their business. We work with businesses internationally; the assessment can be held remotely.

Can the portal connect to our ERP or accounting software?

Potentially. We first inspect the available APIs or supported exports, vendor permissions, authentication, and data model. We agree which records move in each direction and how exceptions are handled before confirming feasibility and cost.

Is TradeLine a product we can buy as shown?

TradeLine is an illustrative demo using synthetic data and simulated transactions. It helps explain the experience. A production implementation requires a separate scope covering your business rules, data, access controls, integrations, testing, and deployment.

What budget should we plan for?

This service is intended for custom implementation budgets of US$10,000 and above. The final price depends on scope, integrations, migration, and release requirements. Discovery is scoped separately before an implementation proposal.

How long does development take?

We estimate the schedule after reviewing the workflow and system dependencies. The first release should cover a complete, useful ordering journey. Additional dealer groups, rules, or integrations can be planned as later phases.

What happens after I request an assessment?

Tell us about your business, systems, budget, and timeframe through the enquiry form. We review the fit and follow up to arrange a 20-minute conversation. Submitting the form requests a conversation; it does not reserve a time slot.

Let’s solve it.

Tell us where work gets stuck and what your team needs to connect. Request a 20-minute workflow assessment to explore fit and next steps. Custom implementation projects start from US$10,000; scope and pricing are agreed after discovery.
