For teams whose work happens on Windows

Custom Windows applications.
For the work in front of you.

Build desktop software around the people who use it throughout their working day. We develop native Windows applications with C#, WPF, and WinUI, including the connections to your wider business software.

For custom implementation budgets of US$10,000+

01 / The starting point

Software should follow the way your team works.

A Windows application can be a good fit for tasks carried out repeatedly at a desk. The design starts with the actual sequence of work, the information needed, and the systems around it.

  • A spreadsheet has become the main interface for a complex business process.

  • An existing desktop application makes routine tasks difficult to follow or maintain.

  • A Windows workflow needs to share records with a web service or another application.

02 / A scope built around your business

From a useful screen to a working application.

We combine native application development with interface design and integration planning. The technology choice follows the workflow, the existing codebase, and your deployment environment.

C# application development

Implement the application logic around agreed business rules, validation, and error states. Separate the user workflow from the system connections so each can be understood and maintained.

WPF & WinUI interfaces

Choose the appropriate Windows interface framework for the project. Design data entry, record review, navigation, and feedback around the tasks people need to complete.

Connected desktop workflows

Plan how the application reads and writes data through supported APIs or agreed file formats. Define permissions, unavailable-service behaviour, and any synchronization requirements.

Release & handover planning

Agree supported Windows environments, installation constraints, acceptance checks, documentation, and release responsibilities. Review support expectations before the application goes into use.

Related native application work

A reconciliation workflow, made visible.

Our selected work includes a native payment reconciliation application spanning Apple and Windows platforms. Explore the homepage concept to see how record matching and exceptions can be presented as a focused workflow.

Explore the reconciliation concept

The interactive concept uses sample records and an illustrative interface. It is not a downloadable production application or a claim of measured client results.

A focused reconciliation workflow

  1. Bring related records together
  2. Make review and validation clear
  3. Connect the result to the next task

Explore the interactive concept on our homepage.

03 / From conversation to a clear scope

Understand the work.
Then build the software.

Start with a 20-minute workflow assessment. If the project is a fit, we can scope a paid discovery engagement to define the requirements, dependencies, and implementation proposal.

  1. Observe the desktop workflow

Identify the users, the tasks they repeat, the data they rely on, and the points where work becomes difficult. Review the current application or process where available.

  2. Define the application boundaries

Agree the interface approach, business rules, integrations, supported environments, and installation requirements. Identify what belongs on the desktop and what belongs in a service.

  3. Build against real acceptance criteria

Plan a first release around a complete workflow. Agree how representative tasks, error handling, deployment, and handover will be reviewed before implementation starts.

Before we talk

A few useful
answers.

Scope, budget, and the practical details of getting started.

Do you build with WPF or WinUI?

Our Windows capabilities include C#, WPF, and WinUI. We select the framework after reviewing the existing application, interface requirements, supported environments, and deployment constraints.

Can you extend an existing Windows application?

We can assess an existing C# application for extension or modernization. The first step is a review of the codebase, dependencies, build and release process, and the changes you need. Feasibility and scope are confirmed after that review.

Can the application work offline?

Offline behaviour needs its own scope. We review which tasks must remain available, what data can be stored locally, and how changes or conflicts should be handled when a connection returns before committing to that capability.

Can a Windows application connect to a web or mobile product?

Yes, where the systems provide suitable interfaces. We plan the APIs, data ownership, permissions, and synchronization behaviour required by the complete workflow. Each connection is assessed before implementation is quoted.

What is the starting project budget?

We focus on custom Windows implementation projects with budgets of US$10,000 and above. The final estimate depends on the workflow, existing code, integrations, deployment requirements, and agreed support. Discovery is scoped separately.

How do we start?

Request a 20-minute workflow assessment using the form below. Include who uses the software, the problem to solve, your existing Windows application or systems, budget, and timeframe. We review the enquiry and follow up to arrange a conversation.
